We are delighted to welcome Martin Bengtsson to Blykalla’s legal team. Martin joins us from Gernandt & Danielsson, one of Sweden’s top-tier law firms, where he worked as a Senior Associate. Martin has specialised in dispute resolution and has vast experience from acting as counsel in litigation, international arbitration and before administrative courts in regulatory disputes with various authorities. He is also experienced in contract negotiations and corporate law matters. He has advised clients within numerous sectors including energy. He holds an LLM from Uppsala University.
At Blykalla, Martin will contribute his expertise to commercial, corporate, and regulatory issues, helping the company navigate the complex legal landscape as we advance toward our goals. His ability to manage high-stakes disputes and his deep understanding of regulatory frameworks will be invaluable to our mission.
