With her Master’s double degree in Nuclear Engineering from the esteemed KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Politecnico di Torino, Serena brings a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective focused on nuclear fuel development. Her dedication to the field is evident from her groundbreaking work on uranium nitride fuel manufacturing during her Master's thesis at the Nuclear Fuel Lab at KTH.
Serena's journey in nuclear energy stems from her passion for innovation and her commitment to solving the challenges of climate change. In joining Blykalla, Serena says she is excited to work with our dynamic and multinational team. She is also happy to have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a future of clean and reliable energy—a purpose that resonates deeply with her.
She will primarily contribute to our fuel project, but her enthusiasm and readiness to tackle various challenges will undoubtedly benefit many aspects of our work. We look forward to achieving great things together and making a significant impact on the future of nuclear energy.
